1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Align Collab ("the Studio," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of our home-based yoga and reformer Pilates studio services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.
2. Studio Services
Align Collab offers a range of services, including yoga, reformer Pilates, and other wellness-related classes.
Class schedules, descriptions, and instructors are subject to change, and we reserve the right to make modifications as necessary.
3. Booking and Payment
All classes must be booked and paid for in advance through our designated booking app or website.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your class as late entry is strictly not permitted.
Prices for classes and membership packages are clearly displayed on our platform.
Payment must be made in accordance with the payment methods provided on our platform.
4. Fortnightly Memberships
Fortnightly membership payments are automatically debited from your credit card every two weeks. We do not accept bank account payments or American Express (AMEX) for membership payments.
Our system allows for one class booking per day. Additional classes can be attended on a space-available basis.
There is no minimum contract period for fortnightly memberships. You can cancel your membership at any time following the terms:
To cancel your membership, a 14-day notice period before your next scheduled payment is required. Any membership payments during this notice period are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Your final payment will be a full fortnightly payment. Once you have submitted your cancellation request, you will receive an email notification confirming its acceptance. If you do not receive this notification within 7 days of your cancellation request, please contact us.
It is the responsibility of the member to cancel their membership. Non-attendance does not warrant a refund on membership payments. Memberships will not automatically cancel due to non-attendance.
Suspensions can only be requested in writing via email with a minimum of 7 days' notice. All suspensions must be taken in 2-week increments. The minimum suspension period is 2 weeks, and you can suspend for a maximum of 8 weeks annually. Memberships will not automatically be placed on suspension due to non-attendance.
5. Intro Offer
The Intro Offer is available for new members only and strictly limited to one per person.
The Intro Offer is valid for 14 days from your first class booking, not the purchase date. No refunds, transfers, suspensions, or extensions are available for the Intro Offer.
The Intro Offer must be activated within 3 months after the purchase date; otherwise, it will expire.
6. Cancellation Policy
We have a strict 3 hour cancellation window before the scheduled class start time.
Cancellations must be made through our booking app or website. Email or phone cancellations are not accepted, except in cases of technical difficulties.
Any late cancellation or no-shows will incur a $20 fee, except for clients with casual passes and Intro Offers, who will forfeit the class. These fees will be automatically charged to your account on file.
Late cancel and no-show fees are non-refundable.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. In cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, please contact our studio to discuss your situation. We will assess such cases on an individual basis and may waive the late cancellation fee at our discretion.
Bookings cannot be accepted without a credit card on file.
This policy applies to all classes.
The cancellation policy is in place to ensure everyone has a fair chance to attend.
7. Refund Policy
All class purchases, memberships, and services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
8. Privacy Policy
Our privacy practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website or app. By using our services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability and Waiver
Participation in our classes and use of our services involves inherent risks. You are required to read and sign a liability waiver before participating in any class.
We recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness program.
Minors under the age of 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent to participate in classes. Pregnant women should consult with their healthcare provider before participating.
10. Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner during classes and within our studio space.
Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the class and possible suspension from our services.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and app with the effective date.

Offer is available for new members only and socks are limited to one per person. (To be picked up in studio)
The minimum contract period is 3 months.
No suspensions are permitted during the promotional period of the membership.
