Khanh Do is the founder of Align Collab, whose passion for Pilates and yoga is deeply rooted in his personal transformation. Khanh has over four years of experience in the fitness industry as a qualified personal trainer, Pilates and yoga instructor.

“I had been weight training many years prior but had never experienced Pilates. I decided to try the classes at my local gym and was genuinely amazed by the level of strength and precision these individuals embodied. Pilates gave a new definition to the term strength and I knew I wanted to deepen my knowledge.”
