Of course! You can purchase our Intro Offer available for new members which gives you access to 3 classes to be used over 2 weeks. It's a great way to experience our studio before making a commitment.

Please bring comfortable workout attire, a water bottle, and grip socks. (Don't worry if you don't have these, we have socks available for purchase). For some classes, like Reformer Pilates, we provide the necessary equipment.

Bookings & Cancellations

It's recommended to reserve your spot in advance, especially for popular classes. You can easily book online through our website or by downloading the Mindbody app. Please note bookings are closed 30 minutes prior to start times.

Unfortunately late entry is not permitted. For safety reasons, we encourage all participants to arrive a few minutes early to ensure a smooth and timely start to each class.

You can easily cancel or reschedule a class booking through our online booking system or by contacting our studio in advance.

Our commitment is to provide the best possible experience for all our clients. To maintain the integrity of our class schedule and ensure that everyone has a chance to attend, we have a no-show fee and late cancel policy in place. This policy encourages responsible booking and allows us to offer your reserved spot to another client if you cannot attend. We kindly ask for at least 3 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid the fee. Your understanding and cooperation help us create a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.

Yes, you can cancel your membership. To process your cancellation, we require a 14-day notice via email before your next billing cycle. This allows us to update our records and ensure a seamless transition for you. Please email your request to support@aligncollab.com.au.

We offer the flexibility to suspend your membership.
Suspensions can only be requested in writing via email with a minimum of 7 days' notice. All suspensions must be taken in 2-week increments. The minimum suspension period is 2 weeks, and you can suspend for a maximum of 8 weeks annually. Please email our studio at support@aligncollab.com.au to arrange the suspension.
